- 5 apples
- 4 feijoas
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups berries (can use frozen)
- 3/4 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup shredding coconut
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup pure maple
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes, leaving out the core. Once chopped, place in a big pot with the feijoa’s, berries and cinnamon! Before boiling add about a centimeters worth of water to the bottom at the pan. Place the lid on the pot and leave until fruit becomes soft.
Next preheat the oven to 180 degrees before making the crumble
To make the crumble add all ingredients into a bowl and mix till combined. Then leave this bowl to one side.
Once the fruit layer is soft transfer it into the bottom of a baking dish and layer the crumble above it. Then bake for 10-15 minutes or until browned!
