- 1 large banana
- 1 cup mixed berries
- 1 cup coconut milk (or any milk you choose)
- 2 tablespoons hemp protein powder
- 2 tablespoons hemp seed
- Ice ( if you are using frozen berries this isn’t needed)
Mix all of the ingredients up in a blender until the texture is nice and thick, personally when serving I also like to top the smoothie off with a 1/2 teaspoon of hemp seeds and a pinch of shaved coconut. ENJOY!
