Our oil contains two essential fatty acids Omega 6 and Omega 3 in an ideal 3:1 ratio of Omega-6 to Omega-3.
We need these nutrients in our daily diet because our bodies cannot make them on its own. This ideal ratio of essential fatty acids helps our bodies boost metabolism, support immunity, reduce inflammation in joints and promote heart health. One to two tablespoons of hemp oil fulfils the daily recommended dose of essential fatty acids.
