Ingredients
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp hemp protein
- Dash of vanilla extract
- Tbsp almond meal
- Cinnamon
Toppings
- Hemp granola
- Freeze dried raspberries
- Hemp seeds
- Nut butter
- Pure maple syrup
Method
- Mash the banana into a bowl
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well
- Heat the fry pan on medium heat and spray lightly with coconut oil or oil of choice
- Pour 2 tbsp of mixture per pancake into the pan and and repeat for each pancake making 3-4 pancakes at one time
- Once the mixture starts to bubble, flip and cook the other side
- Set aside pancakes when cooked and repeat the process until all mixture is gone
- Layer the pancakes onto a plate and top with all the good stuff
