- 1 handful spinach
- 1 cup mango (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup cucumber, chopped
- 3 stems mint
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup ice
- Juice from 1 lime
- 4 tablespoons Hemp seed
Mix all of the ingredients up in a blender saving one mint stem and a slice of cucumber for serving. ENJOY!
Is there a limit of how much you can have in one day of the seeds or the protein powder?
Hi Jenny, There is no limit to how much hemp can be used throughout the day. Hemp is a complete protein source which is also easily digested into the body. Hemp is great in every meal!
