Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Hemp Innovations hemp protein
- 3/4 cup flax meal
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 2 tbsp honey (or pure maple for vegan alternative)
- Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 60g dark choc (l used Whittaker’s)
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line baking tray
- Mix together all ingredients into a bowl until combined
- Take a tablespoon of the mixture and roll into a ball and place on baking tray and press softly
- Bake for 15-20 mins or until golden
- Remove from oven and cool
- Drizzle more dark choc on top
Delicious! I’m really happy with how these turned out. I finely chopped the dark chocolate and did as the recepie said and mixed all the ingedients together. So easy and healthy.
