Hemp Granola Recipe

G.F – D.F – R.S.F – V

  • 2/3 cup almonds
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seed
  • 2/3 cup hazelnuts
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • Dash of vanilla extract
  • Tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup pure maple
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil


Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Place almonds, pumpkin seeds, hazelnuts and walnuts into a food processor blend until the nuts are chopped. Don’t process too much because you still want some chunky pieces.

Transfer the mixture into a big bowl, add all remaining ingredients and stir well. Spread an even layer of the mixture onto a baking sheet.

Bake for 15 minutes or until golden. Remove from oven, let cool and enjoy. It will get crunchier as it cools. Store in an airtight container 🙂
