Ingredients
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/2 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Cinnamon
- Pinch of pink salt
- Dash of vanilla extract
- 1.5 tbsp plant protein or hemp
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup water
Method
- Combine all ingredients into a jar and give a good shake
- Leave overnight in the fridge
- Pour into a bowl and top with your favourite goodies
