Ingredients
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1.5 tbsp cacao powder
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp plant or hemp protein
Method
In a pot add all ingredients and stir over medium heat
Keep over heat until you reach desired consistency
Top with all your favourite toppings
