Lean & Green Juice

  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 cup mango (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup cucumber, chopped
  • 3 stems mint
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup ice
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 4 tablespoons Hemp seed

Mix all of the ingredients up in a blender saving one mint stem and a slice of cucumber for serving. ENJOY!

Banana Delight

  • 1 large banana
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or any milk you choose)
  • 2 tablespoons hemp protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seed
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • ¼ Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • Ice

Mix all of the ingredients up in a blender until the texture is nice and thick.  Top with fresh banana and sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon. ENJOY!

The Classic – Berry Hemp Smoothie

  • 1 large banana
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or any milk you choose)
  • 2 tablespoons hemp protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seed
  • Ice ( if you are using frozen berries this isn’t needed)

Mix all of the ingredients up in a blender until the texture is nice and thick, personally when serving I also like to top the smoothie off with a 1/2 teaspoon of hemp seeds and a pinch of shaved coconut.  ENJOY!
