- 1 large banana
- 1 cup coconut milk (or any milk you choose)
- 2 tablespoons hemp protein powder
- 2 tablespoons hemp seed
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter (or almond butter)
- ¼ Teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
Mix all of the ingredients up in a blender until the texture is nice and thick. Top with fresh banana and sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon. ENJOY!
